"Order went through really fast"
I placed an order with Canadian Preparedness and was surprised by how quick the processing was
I got the update fast and it didn’t just sit around for days like I’ve had happen with other sites. Always nice when a company actually gets things moving without me having to chase them first

"My order did show up eventually , but..."
My order did show up eventually , but it arrived later than they originally said . I also didn’t get many clear updates along the way , so I was kind of left wondering what was going on .

"Felt a little misled by the sizing"
I ordered a few prep items and, for the most part, they matched the descriptions on the site. That said, one of the pouches was smaller than I expected, so I did feel a bit misled when it arrived. The specs were technically listed, so I guess that’s partly on me, but the photos definitely made it seem a little bigger.

"Canadian stock was a bit disappointing"
I’d say around half the stuff I was looking for seemed to be out of stock, so it was kind of a letdown. I expected a little more availability, but maybe I just caught it at a bad time...

"Warranty support really made me lose trust"
Dealing with the warranty support was frustrating. The responses felt slow, and I never really knew what was going on unless I reached out again myself. I expected the process to be a lot smoother, but instead it turned into a hassle. After having to chase for updates, I just don’t feel like I can trust them the same way anymore.

"Solid name in the prepper crowd"
I kept seeing Canadian Preparedness mentioned in different prepper groups, so finally I figured I’d check them out myself. they seem to have built a good name, not just some overhyped thing people repeat.
A lot of folks speak good about their gear and also the info they share. I like that it feels useful and practical, not all fear based or over the top like some prepper stuff can get.
I haven’t really come across many complaints, and with this kind of gear, community trust does matter alot. So yeah, easy 5 stars from me.

"Torn because I usually trust them"
I’ve bought from this brand before and usually feel good about sticking with them, so I was disappointed this time. The emergency food just didn’t taste very fresh, almost like it had been sitting around too long. I want to keep trusting them because I’ve liked them in the past, but this order definitely made me second-guess it.

"Staff really know what they’re talking about"
I ordered a few things from Canadian Preparedness and had some questions before I checked out, nothing too advanced, just basic stuff I wasn’t totally sure about. The staff were genuinely helpful and didn’t make me feel awkward for asking, which I really appreciated.
You can tell they actually understand the gear, or have used it themselves, instead of just repeating whatever’s on the product page. I got straightforward advice, ended up buying what made sense for me, and overall it was a really solid experience.

"Felt a bit off, and support just sent me in circles"
I’m not totally sure this was authentic. The product just felt a little off compared to what I expected, like it wasn’t fully original. I reached out to support to get some clarity, but it turned into a loop of the same questions and generic replies without really resolving anything. Frustrating overall.

"Decent experience, but communication felt a little vague"
I ordered from Canadian Preparedness and overall it was okay, but the updates were not exactly easy to follow. I found myself checking on things more than I expected, and it kind of felt like the information was there only if I went looking for it.
The order did show up in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. Still, when timelines or delays are involved, it would be nice if they were a bit more upfront instead of leaving customers to piece things together

I ordered from them once and, to be fair, my stuff did eventually show up, but the whole process felt a little shaky because the tracking updates were vague, customer support took longer than I expected to get back to me, and while nothing actually went wrong in a major way, it just didn’t leave me feeling very confident, especially for preparedness gear where I really want clear info and a bit more reassurance, so I’d probably only use them again if I couldn’t find what I needed somewhere else

I’ve picked up a few things from Canadian Preparedness no complaints so far. The gear feels tough and nothing has ripped, cracked, or fallen apart after some use. It’s not flashy or anything, just practical stuff that does the job. Weird detail I remember: one of the items had this super stiff tag that annoyed me more than anything else at first, but the actual gear itself has been great. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

"Be prepared to wait and chase them for updates"
They did end up fixing my issue eventually, but the whole process took way too long. The worst part was the lack of communication, I had to keep following up just to find out what was going on. If you’re dealing with them, I’d just warn you to be ready for delays and not expect quick updates.

"Promo deal wasn’t as good as it looked"
I placed an order after seeing a promo deal, but umm, once the shipping and extra fees showed up, the discount didn’t feel all that great. The site does have some good stuff, but the offer felt a little misleading in the end. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of annoying
